Shalom! My name is Yael Lumy Mordechay, I am a designer located in Pardes-Hanna, Israel. I love the sea and am interested in sustainability and the environment.

 

I was born in Atlit, a small town by the beach nearby Haifa. The sea is a big part of my life, it’s where I find peace, tranquility, and inspiration. I deeply care about it.

 

Creating has been an inseparable part of my life for as long as I can remember.

 

I am passionate about seeking inspiration from natural phenomena and finding the materials I use in my surroundings.

 

I enjoy recycling and reusing; finding things that were discarded, and breathing new life into them.

 

I am a very experienced instructor thanks to my experience in the army and as a museum guide/educator. I love working with people and aspire to combine creating and people.
